1. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made through our official website.
- A non-refundable booking fee of 2000/- is required to secure your spot.
- Full payment is required at least 15 days prior to the expedition start date.
- Group discounts are available for parties of 10 or more.
- All participants must fill out a mandatory medical and personal information form before the trek.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 10 days prior to the trek will receive a 50% refund (minus booking fee).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the trek will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, the trek may be rescheduled, and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If a participant is unable to attend due to medical reasons, documentation must be provided for a partial refund.
3. Health and Safety Policy
- Participants must declare any pre-existing medical conditions prior to the trek.
- Trekkers are responsible for carrying personal medications and medical kits.
- We maintain a high guide-to-participant ratio to ensure safety on the trails.
- In case of emergencies, our guides are trained in first-aid and rescue protocols.
- It is mandatory for all participants to have travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking.
4. Code of Conduct
- Respect local customs, wildlife, and fellow trekkers at all times.
- No littering is allowed on any trekking route—carry all waste to designated disposal points.
- Avoid damaging plants or disturbing wildlife.
- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the trek.
- Participants should adhere to the instructions of guides at all times to ensure safety.
5. Environmental Responsibility
- We are committed to sustainable and eco-friendly trekking practices.
- Leave no trace policy: All participants must take back everything they bring to the trekking site.
- Minimize the use of plastic—participants are encouraged to bring reusable bottles and containers.
- Stay on marked trails to avoid damaging the ecosystem.
- Support local communities by purchasing locally made products during the trek.
6. Liability Waiver
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before the trek begins.
- Our company is not liable for injuries, loss of personal belongings, or unforeseen events that occur during the trek.
- Participation in the trek is at the individual’s own risk.
7. Travel Insurance Requirement
- All trekkers are required to have travel insurance that covers trekking at altitudes of [X] meters and above.
- The insurance must also cover evacuation in case of emergencies.
